In my coaching with Eva, I was able to successfully work on reflecting on my way of working in the face of numerous parallel projects with many contributors. Eva has a quick grasp and is very good at reducing complexity. We found very helpful images and metaphors in the coaching that work for me in the long term. Eva takes the lead as a coach and never loses sight of the overview and the coaching goal. Her good sense of humour lightens up the meetings and leads to stimulating perspectives. Thanks to the work with Eva, my reflective capacity has grown. I now share and discuss unpleasant experiences with more ease. I think that, from time to time, we all need a new perspective upon the tasks we have to manage in our daily life, such as our attitude towards conflicts. Eva’s training on how to decode conflict behaviours brings this new perspective, by means of her knowledge upon the topic, on the one hand, and of the interaction with other people from various backgrounds, on the other hand. It is a highly interactive training, with hands-on experience on the topic.
