In my coaching with Eva, I was able to successfully work on reflecting on my way of working in the face of numerous parallel projects with many contributors. Eva has a quick grasp and is very good at reducing complexity. We found very helpful images and metaphors in the coaching that work for me in the long term. It is a highly interactive training, with hands-on experience on the topic.
